Marina is an experienced coach, facilitator and project manager for all levels of organisations.  Using a blend of her 25 years of training experience, her BSc in psychology, and her passion for people; Marina guarantees a better outcome for you and your people. 
 
Marina spent 15 years as a consultant at the NZ Institute of Management, she has consulted for People Power and spent 5 years as the CLEAR Communications consultant and facilitator for the South Island.  Key Clients include The Canterbury District Health Board, The NZ Fire Service, SouthPower, MainPower, Meridian, Christchurch City Council, Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa and many more. 
 
Marina’s life experience of establishing a successful business, balancing a family and up-skilling organisations demonstrates a huge range of skills.

Wendy has extensive experience successfully managing people – teams of up to 16 and at one time a site of almost 70 staff.

Moving from leading to the training industry with People Power, back in 2002,  Wendy began assessing selected NZQA qualifications and creating user friendly learning modules. When this company was sold in 2010 Wendy set up her own business.

Wendy works with clients to develop cohesive and successful leadership and teams, offering a range of approaches to best suit each client; which is often either 1 one 1 Coaching, participative workshops, consulting and/or  NZQA qualification achievement.

Her style is real and hands on – because she has lead teams herself – experiencing huge wins and learning from her mistakes. She is approachable and practical and feedback from clients is always the same – saying that she enables people to relax, open up and have fun so their learning and self-discovery optimised. They walk away with skills and confidence to immediately apply their learning – it’s never just about the theory.
